Antonis Samaras warns that if state revenues fall, if restaurateurs avoid issuing receipts and tax evasion remains at the same level, the VAT will again increase to 23%.

The government is assuring the lawmakers that the bill which it will vote on tonight will include the last severe fiscal measures.
