The "Monchegorsk" ship, owned by a Russian company and sailing under a Cyprian flag was held by force at the Limasson port because it was transporting forbidden load from Iran.
The delay was asked from Marfin Investment Group and the government agreed and also said that the passender land services is negotiated directly with Swissport.
