This was the message of Jean-Claude Juncker, Prime Minister of Luxembourg and Eurogroup’s former chairman, who delivered in Athens a speech entitled, "The euro: assessment and prospects", at the invitation of the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy.

According to sources, it will be reopened very soon but the number of its employees will be reduced by 2,000.
