The luxury flat rented by Nikolaos and Tatiana has been built on the plot of the old villa "Galini" owned by George Papandreou, three times Greece's Prime Minister and the grandfather of the former Prime Minister.

It is expected that the project will be completed and submitted to the Greek state in 2015.
