Responsibilities:
Follows the purchase orders of the hotel, contacts suppliers and certifies the excellent quality of the products received.
Establishes contacts with suppliers and requires price offers for the products
Controls the prices and protects the company interests
Follows the market trends and proposes changes in the quality and prices of the products
Stores and recycles the products according to HACCP
Informs the management, prepares purchase orders and reports

Requirements:
Graduate of a School of Tourism
At least three years of experience in 4 and 5 stars hotels
Excellent IT skills
Familiar with the management systems for food safety and hygiene
Perfect English
A dynamic personality
Ability to work under pressure
