Terrorists left no traces in Aghia Paraskevi

The terrorists, who attacked the police station in Aghia Paraskevi on October 27, are still unknown. The DNA results will come out in few days. The police gathered genetic material from the found motorcycles and is searching for matches.

It is hard to figure out the identity of the criminals and of the terrorist organization because there are no clear fingerprints at the crime scene. The ballistic analysis showed that the Kalashnikovs are “clean”—in other words they were not used before this attack. The use of new weapons probably means that some of the terrorist organizations, known to the police, have been equipped with new deliveries. It is also possible for a new terrorist organization to have been formed, even though the police are not counting too much on this possibility. Even though the weapons are new, the used hand grenade reminds of the ones used by “Revolutionary Fight” in the past. On the other hand the anger with which the terrorists shot 99 bullets at the policemen reminds of “Revolutionary’s Sect”. Another possibility is for this attack to be organized by few terrorist organizations all together.

Based on primary police evaluation the terrorist organization “Conspiracy of Fiery Nuclei” stands behind last weeks’ attack of the home of former minister of education Marieta Yanakou. The used clock mechanism explosive was placed in a pressure pan inside a bag – signs reminding of the signature of Fiery Nuclei.
