Requirements:
Relevant education
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4*/5* hotel
Fluency in English and another foreign language (German/Russian/Italian)
Computer literacy/ability to work with a POS terminal
Excellent customer service skills
Pleasant, friendly, dynamic personality
Organizational and communication skills
