One person was injured after a shooting in building No. 9 of the Athens Court on Evelpidon Street. According to Skai TV, there was one killed too. The entire building was evacuated. The incident occurred around 9.50 this morning.

According to unconfirmed data, a woman fired seven bullets in the inner courtyard of the Athens Court, just outside building No. 9. According to other information, however, the shooting occurred on the first floor of the same building. The woman shot down a detainee who was in the investigator’s office to testify. The same sources claim that precisely this detainee was killed in the shooting.
Naftemporiki reports that the woman was arrested. There are a large number of officers from the special anti-terrorism and riot forces at the scene. To Vima newspaper reports that it was a settling of accounts between gypsies. According to the website, the arrested was the defendant in a case for the murder of the shooting woman’s son.

Greek media comment on how could it be possible for the perpetrator’s weapon to evade the strict security measures in the Athens Court on Evelpidon Street.
