Dear readers,

In front of you is the new chart GRReporter hot 15 – Grab the Real Rhythm! – one brave mix from the best and newest Greek, Bulgarian, and International chart lists. In a unique way in it, our music editors will arrange the songs, which are dominating the Bulgarian, Greek, and international music stage. Our ambition is to entertain you every week with our chart, to inform you about the newest music events, and to acquaint you even more with your favorite performers.

And so, what will you hear and see in our first chart GRReporter hot15? The queen of rock Madonna is miles away from her Greek fans but they have not forgotten her and they pointed her concert as the number one cultural event in Athens for 2008. Sofia prepare! The hit “Miles Away” is still number one in all music charts in Greece. And if Madonna is a memory, Duffy is the future. Athens is preparing itself for greeting her in June and her song “Rain on Your Parade” is preferred by Greek DJ’s.

And because we are in the year of Sakis Rouvas, “Irthes” (Came) is part of our Hot 15! The singer will represent his country in this year’s Eurovision and he is expected to do only one thing – to bring the song competition again to Athens. Good luck Saki! Nevena did not manage to become one of the Bulgarian finalists for Eurovision 2009 but managed to win our hearts with the song “My Name.” Of course, both finalists for the competition Poli Genova with “One lifetime is not enough” and Krasimir Avramov with “Illusion” also took place in our music mix. Finally, because of the Eurovision excitement we could not pass without adding its winner Elena Paparizou and her accusation “Your heart is like a stone.”

But this is not all. DJ Tiesto conquers the Greek audience with his mixes at the opening and closing ceremonies of the summer Olympic Games in Athens in August of 2004. Now he is flirting with his Bulgarian fans with his remix “Що ли месечино грее” (Why does the moon shine) – deservedly in GRReporter hot 15. And more – Greek rap in its beauty – the charismatic Goin’ Through and “Den kano diakopes” (I don’t have vacation) – soft spot of our music editor. And also the great remake of Rihanna and TI “Live Your Life” and Killers with “Human.”

Saint Valentine’s Day is coming up and we cannot pass without the great Greek ballade singer Mihalis Hadziyannis and “Love, which stays”; Miro and “I lose control when”; the always attractive Despina Vandi and “I would like”; and last but not least James Morrison and Nelly Furtado with “Broken Strings.”

But enough talking. It’s time to have fun! Grab the real rhythm with GRReporter hot 15
