At 4:15 am this morning the police station in Koridalos was attacked by terrorists, who were shooting at the building and throwing hand bombs. There were between 3 and 5 attackers. Until now, at least six bullets have been found and thankfully the hand grenade did not explode. The police station is damaged severely but luckily there are no victims.

Later an unknown person called at the journalist organization “Lambrakis,” publisher of the Ta Nea and Vima newspapers and one of the biggest shareholders of the TV Mega, and announced that “Revolutionary Fight” is taking the responsibility for the attack. The police is investigating the call very carefully because the terrorist from “Revolutionary Fight” do not usually take responsibility from over the phone. The style of the terrorists is usually to take responsibility days after the attack by an anonymous written letter left at any editor’s office.

The rest of the attack though definitely looks like one from “Revolutionary Fight.” The bullets found at the crime scene are of a 9 millimeter gun MP5, which was also used in other attacks by the organization. The case is taken by the anti-terrorist services, which also detonated the hand grenade. “It is a miracle that we are not mourning over victims today. The policeman who was in the guardhouse crawled out in order to get away unharmed,” announced the Koridalos mayor Stavros Kasimatis.
