There many reasons for you to like Konstantinos Vita. If you like dancing and choreography, then you will remember his contribution to the success of the opening of the 2004 summer Olympic Games in Athens and later on the fantastic ballet “2” music of Dimitris Papayoanou. If you prefer the electronic and instrumental music, then the number one Greek is Vita. And if you love musical experimenting and teasing, then the new about the upcoming 8 concerts of the talented composer on the big stage “Judas cross” should make you happy.

With his passion for perfection, Konstantinos Vita started rehearsals for the shows from September. The musician want to make his fans happy with one one overview of his 17 year art in one program divided into two parts. The first one will show us Konstantinos Vita with some of his best electronic and instrumental tracks and the second one we will see Vita in a way we have never seen him before – Vita, who is playing with a rock band, created especially for these 8 concerts! They are “handy park,” musicians from different Athens alternative rock bands like “gad” and “elica” for example. The concerts start on January 26th and are every Monday and Tuesday for 4 weeks.

Konstantinos Vita was born in Melbourne, Australia, where he studied history of art and painting before moving to Athens where he graduated with a degree in graphic design. During 1992 he forms the “Stereo Nova” group, with which he creates 4 very successful albums. In 1996 the group separates and Vita starts his solo career. He has written music for many feature films, documentaries, theatrical shows, and he managed to win our hearts with his poetic notes for ballet “2”, which you can see here:
