A neurologist has put a sign in his office: "Jews are not wanted"

A 57-year-old neurologist was arrested in Nea Mihaniona, following an investigation of the local office of the State Security Service. He had put a sign with racist content in German on the door of his office. Other Nazi symbols were also found at his home, as well as pills and knives.

The police investigation was initiated following information received.

"Jews are not wanted," read the sign in the doctor's office, written in German.

In particular, seized during the investigation were the following items:

• 3 metal daggers, two of which engraved with Nazi symbols

• 12 knives

• 2 sticks for sharpening knives

• 64 pharmaceutical products which did not have the required prescription

• 1 flag with Nazi symbols

• 2 appliqués with Nazi symbols

• printed material content for Golden Dawn, dictatorship and Adolf Hitler

• 2 photos of Adolf Hitler

The doctor was charged with violations of the laws on racial discrimination, possession of weapons and narcotics and he will be taken to the prosecutor's office in Thessaloniki.
