The negotiations between the Greek government and its creditors are in full swing. In this connection we had asked you, "Do you sympathize more with the Greek government or the creditors?" The responses in the three language pages of the site are very interesting and show the attitudes and sympathy of different groups of readers.

The majority of readers of the Bulgarian page of GRReporter express sympathy for the creditors. 40% of respondents support the opinion that the creditors are trying to save European taxpayers' money and Greece from bankruptcy. 25% of readers believe that SYRIZA protects the national interests of Greece, which is why they sympathize with the government. 18% of readers believe that SYRIZA will give in to the creditors and those voters who have believed it will be disappointed. The last option in our poll has only 1% less as 17% of the readers' votes go to the view that both the creditors and Tsipras are amusing and that the negotiations are a political reality.

The responses in the poll on the English page of the site are very different. 47% of readers sympathize with the Greek government and believe that SYRIZA protects Greece's national interests in the negotiations with the creditors. The support for creditors is almost twice as low. 25% of English-speaking readers sympathize with the creditors and appreciate their efforts as an attempt to save the money of European taxpayers. 18% of readers believe that SYRIZA will give in to the creditors and will break its election promises and the expectations of those voters who have supported it. For the last 10% of respondents, all that is happening in connection with the negotiations between Greece and its creditors is a kind of a political reality.

Compared to the English page of our site, the sympathy for the Greek government among readers of the Greek page of GRReporter is lower. 35% share the view that the government of SYRIZA protects the national interest.
