Internship position in the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy

The internship programme of the Foundation is looking to hire an intern to participate in the coordination and implementation of various events. Candidates will take part in solving organizational problems.

The position is open from 1 February 2012 for six months.

Requirements:
Fluency in English and Greek languages (written and verbal)
Computer literacy, very good knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous experience in organizing events should be considered an advantage

Responsibilities:
Communicating with participants and speakers and seminars. Working with them and providing advice and assistance in preparing their participation in various events (providing transport, accommodation and other technical services)
Sending invitations to participants and guests of the events
Communicating with the press
