Greek OPAP lottery points have been chock-full of people betting on tomorrow's edition of the Joker game. Sunday’s jackpot hit €5.5 million and this has dragged in people who normally keep away from lotteries.

Thousands of slips are being filed every minute throughout the country, with numbers trashing all records.

On Thursday alone, according to OPAP data, 9.139 million columns were filled, which exceeds all expectations.

Since the beginning of the year, 11 winners were drawn in the 5 +1 game; between them, they shared €14,167,550.

Over the same period, Joker has handed out €38,228,883 to 5,056,479 players.
