Front Office Manager

Requirements:
School of Tourism graduate
3-4 years of experience on a similar position
Fluency in English and a second language
Computer literacy. Knowledge of the Hermes Hotel program will be considered an advantage
Supervision of reception-desk staff to ensure that the customer receives a warm welcome and personal attention.
Constant communication with customers, solving issues and complaints
Ability to manage crises and to solve problems in a fast and effective manner
Pleasant looking and open-minded person
Responsible person
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and behaviour, team spirit
