Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience in the same or similar position at 3-4 star hotels
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
Excellent knowledge of sweets making
Skills to calculate cost prices and prepare menus and buffets
Excellent English
Communication skills and excellent customer service attitude
Pleasant personality
Able to work in a team, organizational skills

The following would be considered an advantage:
Tourism or cooking school certificate
Knowledge of other European cuisines
