Employee for a complaints team
Location:
Athens
Responsibilities:
Records the complaints of customers
Responds to complaints or appeals by the competent authorities
Describes the found gaps in the company operation and takes action for improvement
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Greek languages (academic and professional level)
Computer literate
At least two years of experience in complaints management in the field of fixed telephone services and four years of experience in a customer service department in the field of fixed telecommunication services
Personal qualities:
To be able to properly express orally and in writing
Team worker
To be able to assess and understand the situations
Problem solving skills
