CHEF DE PARTIE

Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of the European and international a la carte cuisine
Minimum four years of experience in a similar position at a 4* or 5* hotel or at a restaurant of a similar category
Ability to work with demanding customers
Professional attitude and responsible behaviour
