Chaos ensued in the courtroom at Korydallos prison where the trial against Golden Dawn was taking place, due to the postponing of the hearing to 4 June.

It all started when several supporters of the terrorists from "Conspiracy of Fire Nuclei" broke into the courtroom, calling, "Fascists, fag..ts, gallows are on their way." The attackers went through the door that separates the two rooms where the trials against Golden Dawn and the terrorist group "Conspiracy of Fire Nuclei" were being held.

The invading young men started throwing water bottles in the room and chaos ensued as the room door is very close to the dock.

The inrush provoked the reaction of those citizens who were watching the process and driven by their attitudes against the neo-Nazi formation, they took part in the raid too.

The defenders for the accused asked the judges to protect them and to ensure both their personal and the defendant’s physical inviolability.

The firm police intervention put an end to the incident and the court sessions. The case against the Golden Dawners has been postponed to 4 June and that against the members of "Conspiracy of Fire Nuclei " to 25 May.

It is worth noting that those involved in the trial had expressed fears that holding the sessions against the members of Golden Dawn in the courtroom at Korydallos prison would be unreasonable in view of the members of the terrorist group who would be present in the next room.
