With a result of 0:0 ended the match from the playoffs phase between football teams AEK and PAOK, which was played on OAKA Stadium in Athens. AEK failed to show a good game and the outcome of the game with PAOK ranked it back in the football ratings. Currently the team has only 2 points. Unlike the hosts, the guests managed to achieve their goal. The match result was satisfactory to them, since they needed only one point. So now the team of PAOK has 4 points in the ranking of the playoffs. At guests reached their goal easily. AEK team was not a strong opponent last night...

And so the match did not provide the sport view most viewers expected to see. The teams did not create goal situations and the pace of the game was slow and monotonous. The game at the stadium was lifeless, without dynamics. However, in the first half AEK center forwards made several attempts to pave the way to the door of Halkyas. However, they had no chance for success. PAOK’s defense made any attempt for attack impossible. The yellow-black team had good chance to score during the 36th minute when Manolas took the ball after a foul by Mandouka, but he failed to seize his chance.

PAOK had only two chances to score in the first half, but the team failed to take advantage of any of them. The second attempt was due to a mistake - Araujo passed the ball to Muslimovich but he kicked it outside the field.

After this phase Bajevic proceeded with changes in the team and took Leonardo out of the game and put Djebbour in his place. During the 21st minute Bajevic make a second change. He took Blanco out and out Nemeth in his place. Even after these changes, however, AEK failed to reach the success, which it reached during their previous game with Asteras Tripoli.

Over time, it became clear to everybody that the poor play of the hosts will last until the end of the game. AEK could not attack, in any way, the door of guests, thereby conceding a view that few could swallow.

AEK (Dusan Bajevic): Saja, Majstorovic, Manolas, Lagos, Araujo, Kafes, Jahic (Guerreiro), Manduca, Leonardo (Djebbour), Scocco, Blanco (Nemeth)

PAOK (Fernando Santos): Chalkias, Garcia, Vitolo, Cirillo, Sorlin (Edinho), Contreras, Lino, Vieirinha, Ivic (Filomeno), Savini
