GRReporter.info director is Maria S. Topalova. Her personal motto is: "Journalism is not a profession but a way of life." She has 2 journalism prizes behind – she was awarded the Robert Schuman Prize in 2001 for best television broadcasting of the European Union issues and in 2004 she won the Award of the Association of Foreign Correspondents in Greece. When she is not a reporter she likes to experiment in the field of visual arts. Passionate fan of hip-hop & street dance.

I'm Victoria Mindova. Accountant by training and a journalist by vocation. As a grreporter.info’s reporter I monitor closely the development of the Greek economy and believe that I present the events as impartially as a foreign correspondent. I like listening to really loud music in my spare time so that to forget my name. So, if you meet at a concert do not ask me my name!

Desislava Yordanova is responsible for the Greek version of grreporter.info. She studied Applied Linguistics (Russian and Greek languages) in St. St. Cyril and Methodius University – Veliko Tarnovo. She is Senior Modern Greek Assistant Professor at the Neofit Rislki Southwestern University – Blagoevgrad. Her new field of activity is journalism, a challenge she takes with a smile every day. Her biggest passion is traveling and exploring new places and cultures.

Plamena Parteniotis is our data editor. She has graduated in Journalism and Massmedia from the University of National and World Economy. Knitting is not what Mihaela is doing but translating is. She is translating article after article, after article…as grreporter.info’s translator.

Mihaela Kichkova studied at the English Language School in Veliko Tarnovo. She is Tsenov Academy of Economics graduate and holds MA in International Economic Relations.

Anastasia Balezdrova is responsible for grreporter.info’ criminal and judicial new. Although her avatar looks like Lara Croft her favourite detectives are Hercule Poirot and Sherlock Holmes. When she is not looking for the people behind bombings and suspicious parcels she enjoys traveling, reading analysis of the events of the Balkan history and is a big fan of European cinema. One of her favourite quotes is by Ernest Hemingway: "A man can be destroyed but not defeated."

Advertising is like dancing – it needs two in a pair. Maybe that's why I like both advertising and dancing. My name is Ivan Petkov and as you can guess I am engaged in grreporter.info marketing and advertising. I also run various and diverse projects, handle the administrative issues and try as part of the whole team to contribute to the team work and that things run smoothly. In most of the time I feel like fire-extinguisher, i.e. I solve different problems. I could not cope without my colleagues! My passion is dancing and especially Latin dances - Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cha-cha-cha.
