 Exhibition of dinosaurs at the Natural Museum of London in The Mall Athens The Natural History Museum of London presents an exciting exhibition of     DINOSAURS. This has been one of the most interesting and exciting     exhibitions in recent years and it is now in The Mall Athens. Children     can participate in various interactive activities in the role of     researchers to discover what these creatures ate, how they lived, where     they came from and how they disappeared. The 850 m2 of the fourth   floor   of The Mall Athens are filled with models of dinosaurs and other   great   scientific discoveries related to their existence. Opening   date: 4   December 2012.  100 Years of a Living Art- history of the Greek costume Greek national costumes are exhibited in the Museum on 7, Dimokritou     Street in the metropolitan district of Kolonaki. It is organized on the     occasion of the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Lyceum of     Greek Women. The exhibition presents a small part of the collection  of    the Lyceum, which includes over 25,000 items. The Museum of the   history   of Greek costume is open from Monday to Friday between 10 am   and 2 pm.   The exhibition will continue until December 2012. Athens, 7, Dimokritou Street  |  
  The Complete Spot Paintings 1986–2011- Damien Hirst, Gagosian Gallery From 12 January to 10 March 2012  The exhibition will take place at once    across all of Gagosian  Gallery’s eleven locations in New York, London,    Paris, Los Angeles,  Rome, Athens, Geneva, and Hong Kong, opening    worldwide on January 12,  2012. Most of the paintings are being lent by    private individuals  and public institutions, more than 150 different    lenders from twenty  countries. Conceived as a single exhibition in    multiple locations.  The Complete Spot Paintings 1986–2011 makes use of    this demographic  fact to determine the content of each exhibition    according to  locality.The exhibition includes more than 300 paintings.    The oldest  spot was created in 1986, the smallest painting is 1 x 1 / 2    inches  (1996), the largest one comprises only four points, each 60    inches in  diameter. The exhibition also includes the most recent spot    painting  by the British artist completed in 2011. It contains 25,781    spots,  which are 1 mm in diameter each, with no single colour repeated.  Photographic Exhibition Coastline, Athens - Matteo David Johnson  The coastline of Athens has inspired the young artist Matteo Johnson to tell a series of stories through his photography. Yachts, ships and small fishing boats carry the spirit of unconquered areas and Matteo’s photo exhibition shows his vision of the relationship of man with the boundless sea, the thirst for travel and the need everyone to find their haven. The exhibition is presented in Vrisaki Cultural Centre. It is open from Thursday, 2 February until 15 February.  Jonathan Meese Exhibition The German painter and artist Jonathan Meese presents his first solo    exhibition in Athens. It includes works of painting, collage, slogans,    graffiti, and sculptures with references to history, ancient and modern    pop culture.
