4 ways to get rid of the fat around the abdomen

1. Practice sports. There is no specific exercise or sport to make your stomach flat. It is certain, however, that gymnastics melt fat and the first to go are those around the abdomen. Sit ups will strengthen your abdominal muscles and will make your belly look flat. What will certainly save you from overweight at the waist area, however, are aerobic exercises. Run, cycle, dance.
    2. Be careful what you eat. Gymnastics helps, but without proper diet it gets you no result. Currently, scientists are still studying how using a special dietary fat in the abdomen would be redistributed around the pelvis. One thing is certain - the food, which we eat significantly helps to reduce fat in our body.
    3. Make sure you get yourselves enough sleep. It is not good nor too little sleep (less than 6 hours per day) nor too much sleep (more than 8 hours a day). Too short and too long sleep contributes to the accumulation of cortisol in the body. The cortisol is the stress hormone that is scientifically proven to help the accumulation of fat in the abdomen.
    4. Reduce the stress. Find 15 minutes every day for relaxation in order to reduce the levels of cortisol in the blood, and thus help the body to get rid of the fat belly. Breathe deeply, go for a walk, take a bath and leave cares behind you.
