28 PASOK members published a text with which they want a "national consensus on the basis of a plan to end the crisis, which in the period after the memorandum is a condition for the survival of the country."

As indicated in their letter, their goal is to start a cycle of talks on "self-knowledge and self-determination of the country and the people of Greece."

Following is the full text of the letter

A national agreement, underpinning the plan for exiting the crisis, in period after the memorandum is provided for the survival of the country.

- With voting the bill ends a two year period of efforts for implementing the EU's plan to regulate the credit needs and the country's debt, anticipating it to have a positive outcome on the summit of the European Union on October 23.

- Meanwhile, the violent attempt for fiscal consolidation, which exceeds the endurance limits of the society, is challenged as unfair and inefficient, and leads inevitably to an explosion of discontent, because the unilateral distribution of the burden of the crisis.

- Fragmentation of political forces (simply reflect social fragmentation), the political opportunism that occurs either as demagoguery or as populism, or as reproof statements, build a modern political Tower of Babel, which contributes for the political, social, educational and economic collapse of the country .

- The impasse of corporate degeneration of democracy, of the joint management and of the chimera of popular capitalism led to the general decline of the code of values and needs of modern Greek society: to the devaluation of labor and imposing mentality of stealing, to the distortion of our legal and institutional culture of lawlessness in society, to foreign consumption patterns, to the pursuit of satisfying the secondary needs and to the replacement of "being" with "having."

- Under these circumstances, the immediate launch of a political initiative for the submission to the Greek people of a national plan for ending the crisis, is the responsibility primarily of the PASOK government and Prime Minister of the country.

Pillars of a similar plan could be:

Immediate decisive re-determination of the severity of the crisis through retrospective surveillance and seizure of wealth acquired in all areas of the informal economy, which has been active for decades in the country. The next tax bill should include significant examples for change of direction.

Overcoming the crisis in the national model with accumulation of regulatory state economy in order to achieve a productive reorientation of our economy and society.

The reconstruction of the political system in the country, in the new model of organization of democracy, in the state and public institutions, from the constitutional review to the forms of operation of a direct democracy in participation.

Overcoming the international system crisis, the crisis in the European Union, and the crisis in the uncontrolled international financial system, with the construction of alternative international unions of the country.

The building of a Patriotic Front, the restoration of social solidarity and trust in political institutions, the democratic implementation of a major fiscal consolidation, can be achieved within the national consensus for the definition of a new starting point for the ongoing revival of Greece.

This is a way to for all masks to be dropped and for the hypocritical behavior of irresponsible politicians from the opposition to be stopped.

If we continue to maintain the deficit at such a program speech and plan, proposals for elections and cooperation will be just a continuation of the national institutional impasse.

Our initiative aims to start a new cycle of talks on self-knowledge and self-determination of the country and the people of Greece.
