Requirements:
Degree in Tourism, Marketing or Business Administration
Successful and proven experience in the 5* or 4* City Hotels, in a similar position at least for the last 2 years
Excellent knowledge of two foreign languages (including English)
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powepoint) & Internet use
Knowhow in Facebook page management
Knowledge of Hospitality ERP (Fidelio) will be considered an asset
Responsible for organizing various events
Personality Skills:
Work ethic, strong leadership quality and team player
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to operate under pressure
Brief Job Description:
Operating & managing the Sales Department targeting to maximise room sales
Operating & managing the Banqueting Department targeting to maximise banquet (social events) sales
Carrying out all the associated procedures of the abovementioned operations
Efficiently cooperating with different hotel departments, in order to ensure successfull materialisation-operation of sales & banqueting events
Operating & managing contracting procedures (i.e. negotiation, finalisation of contract, implementation, successfull closure)
After sales management targeting in establishing and reinforcing customer loyalty
Managing social media pages (FB) of the company (updating, refreshing, promoting etc.), in order to promote company's profile
