Assistant Health Club Manager

Required Qualifications

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Customer focus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively support, interact with and develop a team to optimum efficiency.
• Commercial/retail minded.
• Demonstrate a friendly character, enhusiastic and positive attitude.
• Creativity, drive and initiative! Ability to maintain effectiveness in a strained environment and convert oppprtunities into actions.

Experience / education level:

• Degree from TEI - Beauticians
• Professional Beautician licence
  
• Experience within a customer focused environment along with knowledge of Spa industry preferred.
  
• Proven experience of effectively operating at a supervisory / management level.
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
