An agreement that includes all these elements may sound very reasonable, but there is another big problem and the creditors have to consider it because it is really complicated. They must find a way to obtain guarantees that the parliament will apply the measures that it will vote, not postponing them for the following year, and  that this time the allocated money will not just feed the beast, the new regime.
