Political instability is the biggest threat to Greece

Kyriakos Mitsotakis said that the agreement signed with the supervisory Troika a few days ago is the first one to provide for specific reforms. He agreed with Maria Damanaki that political stability is the crucial factor for their implementation. "Elections should take place when stipulated by the law, without continuous surprises. Moreover, the next parliament will have to revise the constitution, which has been a pressing issue for years." In conclusion the Minister said he is cautiously optimistic, and that the Greek society has reached consensus on the need for reforms.
