"If you want to quickly end the judicial investigation on the CDS-s and Andrikos and on the company Unigestion, having in mind that you obviously refer to the claim and not the preliminary investigation of the prosecutor Grigoris Peponis, I ask you:

1. Why in our capacity of  Prime Minister did you illegally and in violation of the constitution prohibit the answering of questions and the documentation submitted along with it regarding the CDS-s, the speculators and the 26 billion euro, which you gave them through the Postal savings bank?

2. Why doesn’t the Chairman of Parliament Filippos Petsalnikos in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and following your orders, set a date to answer the questions asked in July by MPs from different parties, an action which is illegal and in violation of the constitution and of the rules of the parliament?

3. Did you order the Ministry of Finance to conduct an investigation about the undeclared in Greece, Swiss company of your brother I4CENSE?

4. Did you order an investigation for the undeclared illegal payment of your brother by the company Unigestion, which he has accepted, having in mind that the company itself has staked on the bankruptcy of the country?

5. After knowing about the common office and the relations of the above mentioned company with the company of your friend, with whom you eat sushi in London, why don’t you testify before the court of justice, as I did?

Since you insist on  things being put this way, then I will begin to post on Facebook documents included in the court files, in order to speed up the process", says the independent MP.
