GRREPORTER: What would you wish to the readers of GRReporter?

Kamelia Dounavska: Keeping in mind the current difficult situation in Greece I wish them to be stronger, to believe more in themselves and to make up an effort. There is no one to help them. I believe they should help themselves in order to come out of this situation, which is difficult for whole Europe, if not for the whole world.

GRREPORTER: And to Bulgarians in Greece?

Kamelia Dounavska: The same.

GRREPORTER: Thank you for the interview and I wish you success and strength so you can make your dreams come true!

Kamelia Dounavska: Thank you!

Kamelia Dounavska and her sister Adriana Dounavska is one of Neshka Robeva’s "golden girls". "Cammie" – as Kamelia’s Greek colleagues call her for short, has won a gold medal from the 1988 European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship in Helsinki and from the 1987 World Championship. After the end of her career she became a rhythmic gymnastics coach and for short a coach of the national short ensemble. Kamelia Dounavska has been in Greece for 1 year.
