Constantine Glucksburg has decided against returning to London; instead, he will settle permanently in Greece. His luxury house in London, where he lived for years, will be put up for sale.
As the People magazine, which provided the photographs of the house interior, points out, it is a luxury residence in London's Hampstead Garden, worth $15 million. The former Greek King and his family have lived there since the time they left Greece.
The magazine also claims that the luxury mansion has been visited many times by Prince William and his brother Harry, who were invited to the royal parties often thrown in it. Even Princess Diana was seen descending from her Mercedes and visiting the Gluecksburg family.
The three-storey luxury mansion is located in an area known to locals as 'the billionaires' neighbourhood'. It has a large bedroom, a closet, another 12 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a large garden and a swimming pool. Constantine bought it in 1969 and lived there with his family until 2013, when he decided to return to Greece. The Greek Embassy in London has confirmed that the already 75-year-old Constantine has decided to settle in Greece for good, without giving any further information of the former King's future whereabouts.
