A whole-grain small loaf of bread, 10 g soft margarine, 2 tsp basil pesto (or fresh basil leaves), 3 slices of mozzarella.

Two slices of whole wheat bread, 20 g smoked salmon, 20 g cream cheese, two leaves of iceberg lettuce, a slice of lemon.
Spread the cream cheese on the bread, and arrange the salmon, iceberg lettuce leaves and the slice of lemon.
"Bright Turkey" sandwich
One ciabatta bread, 10 g soft margarine, two slices of turkey fillet, one lettuce leaf, three slices of cucumber and two slices of tomato.
Cut the ciabatta bread lengthwise, spread the margarine on the bottom half and arrange the turkey fillet, lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes.
