Drawing up and voting on bills related to improving the business environment in the country follow, including the facilitation of issuing procedures for licences and permits for operation. This also includes the list of unproductive fees and charges to third parties that burden the final consumer price, but contribute nothing to productivity. Any fee must be legally defined and its beneficiary must be identified. By the end of June, Greece will have to officially recognize university, college and vocational education diplomas from European Union member states. Qualifications obtained abroad will be recognized in Greece and this will entitle the holders of foreign diplomas to stand equal in the local labour market.

The list of duties of the Greek country cannot but contain energy-related topics. Under the bailout agreement, the Greek government will have to create by the middle of 2012 the right conditions for new players to enter the market of power generation from brown coal. The new Greek government will be seriously hampered in the practical implementation of this promise, especially after the head of the power trade union organization Nikos Fotopoulos vowed that he would shed blood, but would not allow any unit of the Public Power Corporation DEI to be privatized. Then follow a series of reforms to improve the legal, health and education systems. They require a serious legal framework and unwavering determination to implement the measures in practice. It is not yet clear whether the new government of Greece will be able to cope with the challenges of the Memorandum of financial aid to reorganize the country or if it will infamously fail.
