Entrepreneurs find the Greek market limited and seek salvation abroad

UNISMACK S.A., on the other hand, is a company that is developing in the food industry. CEO Dimitris Stratakis explained that the used ingredients have reduced or zero quantity of gluten. Gluten is a substance contained principally in cereals and 1% of humanity on earth is gluten intolerant. "It took us 26 months of laboratory work and five million euros initial capital but today we have a patented formula and exclusive rights for the production of gluten free snacks and food products," explained the essence of the business Dimitris Stratakis. The company currently exports 95% of its production to over 12 countries and is now preparing a new series of products exclusively for the Greek market.
