During the last month 17 employees of the maternity hospital "Elena" got an allergic reaction and last week one maternity nurse passed away due to unknown reasons. The results from the toxicological tests of the 45 year old nurse are still not ready but the rumor is that she died due to inhaling a microbe, which had spread through the AC. It is believed that the allergic shock can be a consequence of the so-called "sick building syndrome."

Public health inspectors claim that the guilt is thrown at the "old" building of the maternity hospital. The inspectors have been investigating the case for one week and during this time another eight employees of the hospital got an allergic shock.

Doctors insist for the hospital to shut down until the reasons for the death of their colleague and the reasons for the illness of the other employees, are clarified. We must note that all nurses have trouble breathing and their throats are burning. Today there were new cases of this allergic reaction and the administration board of "Elena Venizelou" hospital together with environmental experts has gathered, in order to discuss the dissemination of the "strange virus."
