Kanye West Foundation, which fought against youth dropping out from high school, stopped its activities, without giving any explanation. The news came from the former general director Joseph Collins.
"I am contacting you in order to inform you that Kanye West Foundation officially closes its doors after more than four years of work and organized events," the statement said. "Working with Kanye was an amazing experience and I feel proud to have been in charge of the project.”
According to sources, West did not fund the foundation on his own. Important contributions to its success have made companies with which the contractor works, including Madison Square Garden with contribution of $151,754 and fashion brand Karmaloop with $ 20,000.
