This article will introduce you to the astrological picture for the period 1-28 February. I will start with the big picture as a whole and then make individual forecasts.

In the previous article, I informed you that January would be violent, vivid and dynamic, with more events. I expected some problems and obstacles, although such months are very productive. The new moon that set the atmosphere in January occurred in a particular area, the so-called critical public degrees. This means affecting "the backbone" of people and human society as a whole. The symbolism of the area in which the new moon happened is "a breakaway, razing to the ground, getting to the root/bottom." At first glance, this sounds pretty bad but actually, it is like destroying a shack that you do not need, thus starting to begin to build a new and stable house. Therefore, January was one of the important months, both on the global and the personal level.

In political and social terms, I expected some extremes in international relations, a very strong opposition among the great powers as well as clear and open debates. On the personal level, the majority of people also suffered an exacerbation in terms of relationships, as well as discords and conflicts, but mainly associated with issues which had remained unresolved and which had dragged on for a long time.

Regardless of the emerging situation, January was a month that brought a lot of strength, courage and character. Fear seemed to melt away at times, people became more daring, taking difficult decisions that require a lot of courage.

In terms of nature, I expected severe conditions and problematic situations in some parts of the earth between 12 and 24 of January.

What to expect in February 2015?

The new moon that characterizes February and sets the atmosphere will occur in an area, which is a kind of climax in solar energy, and ancient people associated it with great victories, with the desire to create indestructible alliances and partnerships that will make you invincible. The symbolism suggests that the tendency to all kinds of unions, connections, partnerships, to being (or not being) part of common causes will come to the fore. In February, there will be a strong desire to act and embark on initiatives that aim to connect you to the best, to what will make you stronger, especially in personal and material terms.

In public terms, I expect the theme of "destruction" to continue. I do not exclude that politicians and statesmen may go beyond some bounds that they have observed to date. For better or worse, self-centeredness and excess optimism will prevail, driving you to situations in which you undertake actions that are well above your real capabilities. International relations will be undergoing a serious exacerbation, which may lead to some extremes. Especially the end of the month is marked with a bright "red light", which means possible clashes, conflicts, scandals.

This year’s first retrograde phase of Mercury started after 21 January and it will continue until 11 February. As always, this period is full of various and diverse short-lived "great" ideas. Moreover, plans will be constantly spoiled. I advise you to take advantage of each retrograde phase and to see something that has escaped you instead of being angry that something is wrong. These short periods bring to the fore some mistakes that we must correct. And of course, avoid rushing in terms of endeavours and wait a bit to see the weaknesses of your ideas. Note that during the month you will be vulnerable to being unable to properly assess your capabilities and undertake something that is beyond your powers. You would better look for allies to help you remove your personal weaknesses, as the month is very favourable in terms of finding strong allies.

Strange as it may be, February is the month of great love passions. Therefore, many people will face a serious stir on the love front - it will be associated with very pleasant and unexpected love affairs for some, with violent clashes to clarify the relationship for others and with “spicy” passions for a third group of people. Opportunities will open up before many people to create a strong and healthy relationship, or have a wonderful "love season" at least.
