Explosion in a Golden Dawn office

An improvised bomb exploded in the regional office of Golden Dawn in Piraeus. The office is located on the seventh floor of the building on 111 Karaiskou Street. The explosion and the subsequent fire caused material damage and 3 fire engines and 15 firefighters were involved in the fire extinguishing. The bomb exploded on Wednesday night whereas on Thursday morning, a similar improvised bomb exploded outside the offices of Golden Dawn in the city of Larissa, central Greece. The explosion caused only material damage.
     A protest demonstration will take place in front of the regional organization of Golden Dawn in Piraeus at 6 pm today, which will end with a procession.
     This is the second explosion in an office of the Greek neo-Nazi party. In December, an improvised device exploded in front of the office of Golden Dawn in the suburb of Aspropyrgos at the 17th kilometre of the Athens-Corinth highway.
