Bulgarian basketball player Bojidar Avramov transferred to the team of Olympia - Larissa

Player Bojidar Avramov transferred to the basketball team of Olympia – Larissa. The Bulgarian comes from the Spanish team Valencia B.C. to take the place of Roandas Alievas, whose play was not satisfactory for the team. For the term of his contract with the team Alievas did not manage to show good results and the hopes now are not surprisingly oriented towards Avramov. Avramov is only 19 years old, however he has excellent physical data combined with high technique in the game. The 1.95m tall Bulgarian usually takes the place of a guard, however besides this function he often undertakes the role of a forward by making his way through the secondary guards and even scores. The young basketball player is know for his speed. The impressive speed he moves with on the field he combines with skillful take over of the ball from the hands of the enemy team. Characteristic for his play are also the steadiness, the offensiveness and a large portion of energy. Avramov is considered to have build in deep inside of him the fundamental rules and fundaments of the basketball sport and his basketball IQ is considered particularly high. The name of the player enters the top list of the most promising young European players.

His career Bojidar Avramov starts with the team of Black Sea – Varna. He plays there in the 2006 – 2007 season. In 2007 – 2008 he plays in Pames II Valencia, in 2008 – 2009 in Aguas de Valencia – Gandia Basquet and Pamesa Valencia. In June 2009 he competes for Reebok Eurocamp – Italy. In the period 2009 – 2010 he plays in Valencia B.C. and since January 2010 in Olympia – Larissa. Bojdar Avramov is a member of U20/21 of the men’s national basketball team of Bulgaria.
